I know...I hate when you have 293084 accounts and somehow they are all different passworded...(yep, passworded). have you tried mint.com? maybe that's where your frustration is coming from. if not, totally try it.
dear laura, you cannot possibly be the worst person in the world because i already have that title. :) i'm sorry for your frustrations over technology! i hate, hate, hate getting locked out of accounts...and then having to call zion's bank and tell them no i don't know my account number, etc. etc. anyway. hope things have cleared up now or will soon...:(
